Beth Tweddle tells us how to be an Olympic gymnast!

The children had planned their questions and put on their best smiles for our special guest.  Miss Proctor, Mrs Parker and Mrs Wadsworth were star-struck too! It was amazing to talk with Beth Tweddle who has represented Team GB in many international competitions including the World Championships and the Olympic and Commonwealth Games.  She told us she has over 200 medals that her mum and dad look after at their house.  She taught us one of her moves and explained the move she has invented called 'The Tweddle.'

It was really inspirational to hear the hard work and dedication Beth has put into her sport.  She says she has loved travelling around the world to take part in tournaments and is excited about teaching children gymnastics now here in the UK.

THANK YOU BETH TWEDDLE!
